Bee Good Cleansing Water & Lip Balm

So yesterday I spent a wonderful day in Birmingham with my friend Bec at Fabb Events which was held at Alfie Birds in The Custard Factory. I seriously got to meet so many amazing brands and also a few new bloggers which is great! I came home bundled with an absolute ton of products to test out which is totally overwhelming and so generous - don't worry, they'll all feature on here soon enough. In the meantime though, I thought I'd talk about one of the brands that was there yesterday who I've actually been aware of for a while now but never spoke about on here... Bee Good.

I got my mitts on Bee Good's Honey & Wild Water Mint Cleansing Water in a Latest in Beauty box a while back and was delighted to see a new brand in there. It's a very natural product using honey in all their items - from cleansers to moisturisers and lip balms - and talking to the guys yesterday gave me more of an idea of just how natural the products are which always gets a thumbs up from  me!

The Honey & Wild Water Mint Cleansing Water is really soft and gentle on the skin. I like using it in the morning as I prefer something heavier, like a cream or balm, for night time cleansing or as part of a double cleanse. It really is just like using water meaning it's as gentle as the pure stuff yet leaves my skin feeling really cleansed and ready to go for the day. It does remove makeup well but as I said, I prefer something a little more heavy duty as I wear waterproof mascara on some occasions. I don't find it really has much of a scent despite the Honey and Wild Mint ingredients but I really like that.

As the guys were at Fabb Events yesterday, they very kindly gifted me their Vanilla & Honey Lip Balm*. I love this stuff! I'm not a huge fan of honey scents as in the past I've found them really over powering and the same with vanilla however, Bee Good have got the balance just right. It's sweet enough yet that honey balances it out without being OTT. My lips feel moisturised instantly but not tacky and it's also matte which I like - most balms tend to be shiny.

Stay tuned for more reviews of the Fabb Events goodies!

Have you tried Bee Good yet?
