What is it with skincare products and crazy long names? I mean, c'mon - Super Facialist by Una Brennan Rose Hydrate Intense Moisture Mask doesn't exactly roll off the tongue now, does it?
I'll tell you what it does do though. Makes my skin awesome. The Una Brennan range isn't new to me, I've already expressed my love for the clay mask (another long name, review here) and have recently started loving the Vitamin C serum (more on that next week) so I was already expecting wonderful things from this hydrating beauty. It didn't let me down.
The Rose Hydrate Intense Moisture Mask has extracts of marshmallow (yum!) and Vitamin E that help to replenish and plump the skin whilst giving it a hydration fix. The White Willow extracts encourage skin cell turnover - hello fresh skin! The creamy formula is only left on the skin for 5 minutes, making it a super easy mid-week skin treat even for the busiest of ladies. However, don't be fooled by the small amount of time - this stuff gets to work fast! After the 5 minutes, I simply wipe it away with a damp cloth and my skin instantly looks brighter. I mean, I'm not one to assume something's done some good if I can't see the effect but this stuff really does show the goodness. My skin was left brighter and feeling super soft and supple - instantly hydrated.
The rose scent is quite strong so if that's not your thing, you may want to go into Boots and have a whiff before you buy it - even if you don't like it, I recommend growing some and dealing with it 'cause the results are so worth it. It's super affordable, even better when there's 3 for 2, and it really and truly works.
This range just gets better and better, I'm starting to wonder if there's anything in the range I wouldn't like!
Have you tried this? Are there other bits I should give a go next?
