ASOS X CoppaFeel #BraHijack

Well now, isn't this a taboo subject hey? Shall we get it out the way and just say it.. yep, today I'm talking about boobs. BOOBS. In all their glory and why we should be paying more attention to them. From 18th July to 8th August, ASOS has teamed up with CoppaFeel! on a campaign #BraHijack to get us girlies checking our chesticles to make sure we're healthy and all A-OK.

As an ASOS Insider, I was sent this super fun package to promote the #BraHijack campaign but the best part of the whole kit? The card packed with reminders on how we should be checking those boobies and it'll fit perfectly in my purse to remind me each time. I also didn't realise you can get free monthly reminders to your phone - just text ASOS to 70300 (standard network rates apply for the signing up test - everything else is free) and you'll get a reminder to have a little grope once a month.

I think breast cancer has/is affecting every single one of us in one way or another whether it's now, in the past or in the future - it's a bitch of a disease and the best we can do is give ourselves every chance to fight it should we ever be in trouble by catching it early. And the best way to that? Coppafeel. It takes less than 5 minutes ladies and could save your life. Get your friends doing it, get your mothers doing it, get your work colleagues doing it - there really is no excuse.

So what is CoppaFeel!? Well, it was founded by Kris Hallenga who was misdiagnosed twice for breast cancer at the age of 23 and now lives with secondary breast cancer. ASOS actually have the logo in all their own brand bras from now on so if you treat yourself to some new undies soon, look out for that! You can see more tips on how to check yourself here.

CoppaFeel! also have their own shower cream out with I love... which is limited edition and again, lists ways of checking yourself over on the back of the bottle. I mean, if supporting a charity like this wasn't enough, I'm telling you now - it smells scrummy. Peachy and sweet and good enough to eat. Plus, showertime is a great time to coppafeel.

So remember ladies - if in doubt, get it checked out.

Stay safe,

Ax
