Something a little different on my blog but as I've said before with my green tea post, good skin can start from the inside... I've been a lover of graze boxes for a good few years now. When I started working full time I found I needed to take a little snack with me to work and to make sure it's healthy, and not chocolate, I decided graze boxes were the way forward.
The concept is simple, for a minimum of £3.89 per box you get four pods packaged separately. There are a number of different options to choose from for the style of your box - savoury, nibble, sugar count etc - and tons of different snacks that you can cater to your own tastes. Don't like it? Hit bin. Want to try? Hit try. Enjoyed it? Hit like. And if you want it to be sent regularly, hit love. There are also breakfast boxes, kids boxes and the new sharing box - £15 for four huge pouches to see you through the month. The normal boxes can come weekly, fornightly or some monthly depending on what you want them for.
So what do I have? I've recently switched up my 'light box' for a 'protein box'. I've realised my favourite packs tend to be the vegetable/spicy beans/flapjacks that all have a certain amount of protein - they keep me going for longer and I like having one around an hour before I work out to give me a boost. For example, this week I got Vegetable Power (7g of protein), Peanut Butter with Pretzels (6g), and two Protein Flapjacks, each with 8g, that are some of the newer additions to graze.
The temptation to tuck into all of them is definitely there when it pops through your door but if you can have some restraint, these little punnets come is so useful! I simple throw one in my bag and know that if I need a snack, I've got something healthy in a decent portion size to do the job. £3.89 is a little steep to some but in a day and age when we're all about convenience, graze have hit the nail on the head.
I'll definitely be carrying on my subscription with graze - have you got one? You can always get a box for free to see if you like it!

I've just cancelled my subscription, I've probably received about 12 boxes or so and I found that I kept being sent a lot of the same things even though there were lots I had selected and wanted to try.. so I got bored. I'm glad it is working for you though xx

I've been getting graze for over a year and still love it! I went off it for awhile and dropped it down to every 2 weeks, but then I just tweaked my favourites and now I get it weekly and it's so good. Nice to have easy and delicious snacks on hand! xx
